Meetàn Support
Get help with your account, events, privacy, subscriptions, accessibility, or a safety concern. You do not need to be signed into the app to contact us.
Account and app help
Include the email associated with your account, your device type, and a short description of what happened. Never send your password or one-time code.
Privacy request
Request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right. We may reply to verify that you control the account email.
Report an event or member
Use the in-app Report and Block tools when available. You may also email us with the event title, member ID, approximate date, and relevant context.
Subscriptions and billing
Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple or Google account. Use Restore Purchases in Meetàn when an active entitlement is not appearing.
