Delete your meetàn account

You can permanently delete your account from inside meetàn or begin a deletion request here without opening the app.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open Me.
  2. Open Account & privacy.
  3. Select Delete account or Delete guest data.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Request deletion by email

Email from the address associated with your meetàn account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include your meetàn user ID if available. We will reply to verify control of the account before completing the request.

What deletion does

  • Disables and removes the account and public profile.
  • Removes or anonymizes active events and social relationships as supported by the service.
  • Removes profile media and ordinary account content from active systems.
  • May retain limited records when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety investigations, disputes, legal obligations, or temporary backups.
Important: deleting meetàn does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your device’s app-store account. We will never ask for your Apple, Google, email, or meetàn password.
